The Hornets will host the Spurs tonight for a pivotal Game 5. Win, and we have two shots to take the series. Lose, and there's a good chance there will be no more games at the Arena this season. So make no mistake: this one is big.

I said before this series started that we wouldn't win without Bonzi making some real contributions.. ...and so far he really hasn't...partially because he hasn't been on the floor enough and given a chance to do his thing. Two of these three need to step it up tonight Peja, MoPet or Wells...and I'm betting on Wells.. Tyson needs to give us 12 to 15rebounds and West not hold the ball so much... just look at the way the Spurs hit the open man. I hope at the end of this game we are NOT crying in our beer (and I don't even drink). I'm expecting a really close game....a nail bitter to the end... If we make the surprise adjustments (the same old same old won't cut is) We have a chance....and BonWell might be that surprise tonight. We still need 10 more wins...GEAUX Hornets.... love ya Bees.

The rest of the Hornets really have to pick it up. there is balanced scoring on the Spurs side and Hornets are just lucky that Duncan hasn't really picked it up yet... I'm waiting for Paul's field goals to fall too... Hopefully the Hornets will go crazy in the 3rd quarter like in Games 1 & 2. I remember they were down going into the second half in those games too. (but ripped up the Spurs in the 3rd quarter)

OH MY GOD D WEEZY!!! THE FLUFFSTER!!! THE 1 FOOT ASSASSIN!!! He hasn't had a game like this ALL SEASON!!! So many exclamationmarks!!! Stroke and dot like crazy!!! I've loved him all year, but this was out of the box. I neverthough David could take his game to this level. 38-14-5 with 2 steals and 5 blocks. OMG. No one can tell me this was expected. He was a leader out there. West as the leader? OMG.

Nice, Junti My predictions for this game were pretty accurate. Peterson was huge for us, West rocked, and I wasn't writing the recap so we won. Great game. Me so happy.
