Pretty big game for the Hornets tonight. Sure, the Knicks are just 5-14 on the road this season and they're coming off a blowout loss to a short-handed Houston team. But, our next three games beyond this are on the road against Dallas, Cleveland and Detroit, so we need to take care of business at home.
The Knicks will look to push the pace because that's what Mike D'Antoni teams do. Keep an eye on Slidell product Chris Duhon who's having a career year. Game tips a little after 7pm.

David Lee is the only one on this team I'm impressed with. I watched several of the recent Knicks games (or parts of them), and he always looks good. Harrington can heat up, but it's always tough to figure out where to play him. He fits D'Antoni's system, and admittedly he gets results with it, but I'm not a huge fan of jack-jack-jacking up shots non-stop. I like a little basketball thrown in.

Unfortunately, another bad 2nd quarter. Something's gotta change.

Yeah, second quarter was miserable. Methinks this is one of those games CP will have to take over.

its all byrons fault... this guy doesn't know how to use his players, our game is so upsetting, pick and roll with david west every play down the court will not win you games every single night, especially on the nights like tonight when he is shooting 6-20 from the field....

we just lost a must win game, we can very easily lose 4 in a row now, with this type of play like tonight....

What a great way to tune up for our 3-game road trip (at Dal, Cle, Det)..what I said is dripping with so much sarcasm that my computer's shutting down..I'll read the recap in the morning

I just don't think this team has the right mentality. They are fragile and get down so easily when they aren't playing well, ie DWest when his offense is off. The non defense on Lee and the non existent D on the penetration by duhon (CP just got abused by Duhon) left them vulnerable too many times.
They just looked uninterested until they got down 12. Then CP woke up but they gave the knicks belief they can beat them and they did.
I'm sure they'll say the usual excuses....we just didnt have the intensity......we didnt come to play.....we played down to the comp.....blah blah blah. Its past time for the same rhetoric they spew after a loss like this. Time to stop pacing and play ball

Sounds like another team I know of, can't think of their name but they have a very similar logo.
I'm tired of hearing about you say you're a good team, or a championship team. You're not a good team or championship team until you bring that fire nightly.
Losing hard fought games I have no issue with. Seeing us lose off efforts like this, drive me nuts!
