The Hornets are in Minneapolis today to take on the T-Wolves. Those guys are just 13-27 on the season but they've won seven of their past nine overall, and four of their last five at home.
Minnesota won't be a pushover inside with the likes of Al Jefferson and Kevin Love in the paint, so we'll sorely be missing the injured David West and Tyson Chandler tonight. Hilton Armstrong practiced yesterday but remains questionable for this one.

Quick trivia:
The T-Wolves are the only Western Conference team we have yet to play this season. Meanwhile there are three Eastern Conference teams we haven't played yet. Sixteen super-cool points for each one you can name.

Wow. Losing sucks.
I'm not too broken up about it though. I'm surprised at how well we've played up until this point without our 2 best bigs and Hilton but like I said, Minnesota has been playing well lately. When I saw how they almost won at Utah a few nights ago, I knew they could beat us especially with the injury situation.

For crying out loud, what a time to forget how to play defense. Oh well, now to the second game of the double header - hope it turns out better.

I was at the game and loved to see Marks play well in the first half. I didn't understand why the Wolves didn't pound it low to Jefferson until later in the game when the middle was suspect from the start. I loved watching CP3 down the stretch and Posey was fun to watch as well. For those of you who watched the game, did any of you see a shot of an old Sports Illustrated that featured Byron Scott and his son? If so, that was from me as Byron's son was on the trip and I was showing it to him when one of the media saw it and decided to film it.

I missed that on the broadcast. How old is that copy of SI? I'm guessing a decade or two.

I do not know if it was really on the broadcast. They borrowed it and said they were filming it for the show. It could have been on the pregame or not all for all I know as I was in the arena. The issue was from 1988.
