The Hornets’ Ike Diogu makes John Hollinger’s 2009-10 All-Breakout Team over at ESPN.com. You’ll need ESPN Insider to view the whole article. This is the blurb on Diogu:
Diogu has been even more productive than May in his pro career but has bounced around without ever getting a great shot at winning a consistent role. Now on his fourth team, he’s finally in a place where he’s needed — the Hornets are desperate for bench scoring and the one thing Diogu can do is score. He probably won’t play more than 20 minute a game, but he’s so effective on a per-minute basis that he might average double figures anyway.
