Something to read since we all are bored. LOL Scroll to the bottom to see the editorial on CP3's influence on Denver vis-a-vis the Melo trade hype.

HAHA, Zwie. The sad thing is it would be just that right now. The few things I have found and linked above in the comments is scraping the bottom of the barrel.
The biggest thing is the Monty interview where he said CP3 has never asked him or the organization for a trade.
Nothing new about Amundson out there, except a Spurs blog talked about he would be a good fit for the Spurs, along with 8 other guys.
The rooks are silent other than working out with their respective camps. Q is working with some of his college and high school mates. Brackins is in Vegas for his work, don't know why or with whom.
JuJu is still a bit of a joke. (I am happier and happier ever day that we unloaded him. He is Matt Leinart.)
Buckets still gets very little respect, but I know that will change by the All-Star break if he stays healthy.
David West and Emeka are figments of the internet's imagination and thus not worthy of reporting.
Monty and Demps seem to be still working as The Brain Trust.
There was some private lunch for VIP's of the organization to meet and talk with The Brain Trust. Nothing came out of that, because it was "private." shhhhh
Nothing new on the sale to Chouest.
Belineli looked good during the worlds playing point with a good assist rate before Team Italy didn't even make it into pool play.
Ariza still is over-rated and the Hornets were taken for a ride by trading DC for him. (I am being sarcastic)
I think that is about it. You are caught up on the non-news. #

I was looking at the twitpic that Brackins posted of a closeup of his new jersey, and they have changed the material. The design is the same, but the material is sort of reflective now, with what appears to be a harringbone pattern to the fabric. It is actually kind of cool looking close up. Now I don't know if that is all of the adidas brand offical jerseys are going to be using that new material, but it is pretty cool none the less. #

According to Monty: CP3 has never asked for a trade.
I would take that with the most credibility of any source out there. I don't think Monty has the inclination or moral ambiguity to take one for ANY team by lying. So if he says it, I will take it as true.

@JCS: Tiny is gonna be available. The heat signed Butler. The word was it was most likely either Butler or Tiny. With the new Incredible "Not-so"-Bulk version of Gray, Tiny could be our new go-to guy for the fat jokes and we could be the fear of every rim out in the league. #

Amundson: I didn't have the time to post the above last night, but the more important info is that Phoenix signed Dwayne Jones late yesterday. He was part of the Hedo trade, and Toronto promptly cut him after getting him from Phoenix. They waited until he dropped off the waiver wire so they could sign him to league minimum. This puts their roster at 14, and he plays the same spot as Amundson. This pretty much puts Phoenix out of the running for Amundson.
I think our front office might have just played hardball with Amundson, and actually won the gamble. So as long as the Warriors are not artificially raising the price, we may be the true frontrunner at a real good price. Time will tell. #

LoL, I am not taking anything too seriously. I am just saying what I found, and letting you guys do with it what ya wish.
Thanks for the thanks, but I wouldn't call it work. I call it typing Amundson in the Twitter search feature. Then cut and past. LOL #

To be honest, I have zero real idea. I would think they may, just because of the entire NBA(nameyourteam)_Insider group, this is the only one reporting anything about Amundson. The rest are not even retweeting it, and they are the "Insider" for a team not in the mix for his services. So I am thinking they might actually have sources, like his agent, who knows a bit more than others.
I hope this tweety bird is wrong, I like the guy. Just reporting what little I can find as people were asking. #

According to the same nbaheat_insider I quoted saying hornets held the edge on amundson, the hornets are no longer in serious talks with him and Phoenix are the frontrunner's for signing him. #

@StephanC: Check out the Marcus Blog post for my last comment. That is the depth of the info on what he is doing since Thursday of this week. In other words, not very much new on the Amundson front. Although, in digging I really did enjoy his bicycle behind the scenes with the Suns segment. LOL He seems like a good guy who works very hard and would love to play with passionate guys like CP3 and Marcus. #
Hi all,
I am a die hard Bee fan since they moved to NOLA. I try an keep on top the news and rumors as best as I can, but the pesky job gets in the way. Any-hoo, I will do my best to add some worthwhile comments when I can.
