Right now, armed with an ultra cheap contract and on a team with a dearth of athletic wing scorers, he is untouchable. He goes only if dealing him guarantees Paul stays.
But let's not get carried away with his potential. I don't think he will ever be an All-Star. Nothing wrong with that either. His ceiling seems to be as a variation on Kevin Martin. An efficient, dependable wing scorer. #

Dwyer is one of the best NBA writers around. During the season, his daily Behind the Box Score column is a must read. Dwyer, unlike most NBA writers, watches all the games almost every single night.
The ranking is fair for Thornton. You can quibble that he should be a little higher, but its not outrageous. #

Sport- Very true about the Suns. If the Hornets plan to run, then it can work. Although Amare, injuries and all, was/is better than any Hornets big.
Either way you are right about the chances, or lack thereof, of getting a quality big any time soon.
Topher- Good catch about Songalia. I forgot about him and his expiring. Demps is smart and he will probably be a salary dump. #

Nice player, but not sure how much sense a luxury move (getting Henry is what it would be) makes with needs on the table and the tax line so close by.
Okafor/West frontline isn't winning a title. Frontcourt answers are the main thing to worry about. #
corndeaux would rather remain mysterious.
